Processing my

anger is not easy

hate is very difficult

What if i just 

rant

rave

vent

what then is it used for

when nothing comes out of nothing

Is it not decided

that i need it 

so at least my focus has fuel

so at least my motivations are clear

however it may be

to process it and go through it

is a healthy option
